The Manufacture that are connecting with my site manufacture one-of-a-kind goods to your specifications and therefore refunds and returns of products are not possible. We will accept no returns for any reason, therefore we encourage customer to take care with the specifications and take care to understand the the term and conditions of their order. By making a purchase order you agree to pay the products listed and understand that no refund, replacement or compensation can be claimed for the products once the order has been placed
Booking policy:
To cancel or reschedul, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If a lesson is about to start within 24 hours, it can NOT be changed to a new time or be canceled.
